1. Seven-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with a paid Clarami subscription, you may request a refund within seven (7) days of the charge date for that subscription payment, subject to the process below. This policy applies to subscription fees paid through our authorized payment provider. Where required by law, your local consumer rights may apply in addition to this policy.

- The email address associated with your Clarami account
- Your full name
- A brief description of your request (for example, the plan or charge you want refunded)
3. Review and processing time
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within one to three (1–3) business days of submission. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify your account or payment.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Timing for the credit to appear may depend on your bank or card issuer.
